Johnsburg

Wild mountain energy.

It’s a part of the Adirondacks most people overlook, which is why Johnsburg isn’t a place you visit, but discover.

From the waters of Thirteenth Lake, to the paths through the Siamese Ponds Wilderness. Sink your paddle deep into a Hudson River eddy, or cast a line into Garnet Lake. The pace is relaxed, the trails uncrowded, and the neighbors are wildlife.

Johnsburg covers a lot of ground, from an activity standpoint, and a geography standpoint. But there’s no hurry to pack it all in. You get to set the pace.

Big experiences.

The rivers, mountains and lakes offer outdoor adventure that’s a unique departure from other Adirondack destinations. Johnsburg is also a great place to rest and recharge. The luxury of space and time, unspoiled wilderness and charming hamlets to experience. Less of what you don’t need, more of what you want.
